Born in Guyana, alum Dr. Cindy Sinclair, a Top 25 Canadian Immigrant in 2023, defied the odds to become a leader, ultimately making ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ her new home.
In July 2023, Rijeka, Croatia, hosted a week-long conference that brought together over 50 international scholars, educators, activists, and practitioners to share insights on preventing sexual and gender-based violence. Led by ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ professor Miglena Todorova and doctoral student Nana Gulic, the event aimed to transcend national borders.
After an extensive search, ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ is pleased to welcome two exceptional new colleagues to join our faculty, Dr. Beyhan Farhadi and Dr. Shozab Raza.
