Academic Plan & Reviews
Academic Planning Cycle (2025-2030)
In January 2024, ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ began the important work of academic planning, working in collaboration with students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends to craft a compelling vision for the future of the Institute. The new Academic Plan builds on our many conversations over the past year about our academic goals and paths forward so that our mission, research, and practice across multiple fields and disciplines resonate in powerful and action-oriented ways for education and human development.
Throughout the planning process, the community contributed ideas and perspectives with the goal of developing a renewed purpose and vision for the Institute that will carry us enthusiastically into the future.
This plan leverages our strengths and will guide our work and inform major initiatives for the next five years.

Community Consultations & Input

We invited all ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other partners to share their input, and we continue to welcome any questions and comments.
Past Consultation Opportunities
Community members had the opportunity to participate in the Community Big Questions Survey, dedicated focus group sessions for students, staff, faculty, alumni, early career faculty, and the broader community, as well as sessions for the Dean's Advisory Committees—including the Black Faculty Caucus, Sustainability & Climate Action Network, and the Indigenous Faculty Caucus.
