Computer Renewal Program
Staff and faculty are encouraged to replace their ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ device with a new one every four years. This way ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ staff and faculty will be equiped with the latest and best technology to support their work.
Eligibility
²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ staff and faculty are eligible to replace their device every four years. Speak with your department business officer to determine your eligibility.
Renewal Process
Education Commons will reach out to you and your department Business Officer when it is time to renew your device. Our team will provide you with a list of new devices from which to choose, and are available to assist with your selection. When your new computer arrives at ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½, a Service Delivery Specialist will contact you to assist you with the remainder of the renewal, return and pick-up process.

How long does it take for my new computer to arrive?
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 weeks from the order due date. Timelines can sometimes be affected by global supply chain issues, but delivery times have mostly returned to normal.
What computers are available?
You will be able to choose between Mac and Windows devices based on the latest technology and the requirements of your role.
Can I order peripheral devices or accessories?
Additional devices such as a monitor, wireless mouse, keyboard, touch pad (Mac), docking station, USB hub, headphones, web camera or other devices required to facilitate your work are available to order.
